**Vegan Cheese Class**

Cheese making and eating, (BYO) wine drinking, and dinner included? Sign me up!

We are going to make 5 different cheeses that are super simple and quick to make, using basic everyday ingredients that are readily available, with equipment you (most likely) already have in your kitchen.

**Class Details:**

On arrival, you’ll be welcomed with a mimosa (non alcoholic) and we will start the night by fuelling up with dinner before we focus on cheese making. What’s for dinner I hear you ask? It’s a generous mix of Mel’s favourite pizzas - complete with her very own melty cheese goodness!

Following dinner, it’s what you’ve come for - cheese making time! You’ll have a station set up with equipment and ingredients, as well as your own take home recipe booklet. Through the night you will be tasting and making four different cheeses, chosen for their various textures and flavours.

**The cheeses you’ll be making are**

1- Baked cashew cheese with native pepper berry.

2- Soft cranberry festive log with miso.

3- Classic almond and apricot rounds.

4- Smokey gouda style hard set.

5 - You’ll get to take home everything you make, and as a bonus you’ll also get a demonstration and taste testing of Mel’s favourite 5 minute cream cheese with sun-dried tomato. Recipe will be included in your booklet.

While this might be your first time making cheese, I’m sure you are very familiar with the joys of a few bubbles with cheese and crackers - so please feel free to BYO alcoholic beverage of choice to complete the evening. There is also a bottle shop onsite if that makes it convenient for you.

**What you’ll be taking home**

You’ll leave the class not only content from dinner and cheese eating, but also with your own 4 cheeses that you made. Your recipe booklet is also for you to keep along with your new found confidence and skills to recreate each of the recipes to impress your friends and family.

The cost of this class is $99 per person. Places are limited for a personalised hands on cooking class experience.
